The Opportunity: Customer Success Manager
As PrevTech continues to grow, we are looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale deployment projects across the United States. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the intersection of project management, technical coordination, and client engagement—ensuring seamless execution and a superior customer experience from day one.
This is not your typical desk job. You’ll work closely with electrical contractors, internal technical teams, and high-level client stakeholders to manage everything from equipment reception to site deployment, onboarding, and long-term satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Customer Project Coordination: Develop and own the end-to-end deployment process and platform/applications? for large multi-site and national accounts—from equipment shipment tracking to installation scheduling, training, and onboarding.

Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams; ensuring alignment and clarity at every step.

Project Management: Develop and follow detailed project timelines. Monitor milestones, manage risks, and adjust plans as needed. Use and leverage PM methods, best practices and tools.

Technical Fluency: Quick learner, understand the core components of PrevTech’s monitoring solutions and effectively communicate with technical stakeholders.

Agri-Context Awareness: Take into account agricultural-specific constraints such as biosecurity, seasonal cycles, site layouts, and operational priorities.

Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring their needs, concerns, and feedback are addressed proactively.

Post-Deployment Follow-Up: Ensure proper system performance, user adoption, and client satisfaction through regular check-ins and support escalation when needed.

Data-Driven Decisions: Maintain and proactively communicate project data, progress tracking, and documentation to drive continuous improvement.
Who You Are

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, project coordination, or deployment management in a technical or industrial field.

You’re a positive leader and strong communicator with sound softskills—confident working with both executive-level clients and on-the-ground contractors and capable of getting the message across and getting the job done.

You’re comfortable with technical discussions—electrical systems knowledge is a plus, but not required.

You have a solid understanding or interest in agriculture and rural environments—you appreciate the complexities of farming operations.

You are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented—you anticipate roadblocks before they become problems.

You’re fluent in English. Capable in Spanish is a plus.

You’re passionate about customer experience and delivering real value that clients can feel.
Nice to Have

Background in agriculture, electrical systems, or related technical domains.
